ooooh, I don't know about those minkeys.....yikes...you know how I feel about Monkeys! MAYBE I'll think it's cute if it's a marmoset....o.k.or even a squirrel monkey.....but any bigger than that....CREEPY......
Safe surrender sites started in China I believe, where they have problems with finding infants discarded in garbage bins and such. So they started the safe surrender to encourage people to anonymously get rid of their infants safely. They have these here in the States now too.
